These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tashvi Studio (the "Service"), an AI-powered jewelry design platform operated by Tashvi AI ("Tashvi", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Access and Use of Service

Billing and Payment

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription

Auto-Renewal

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON AUTO-RENEWAL: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

3. Ownership and User Content

Your Designs

You retain all ownership rights to designs and content you create using the Service ("User Content"). However, commercial usage rights depend on your subscription tier:

• Free Tier: Personal, non-commercial use only
• Pro Tier: Full commercial license included
• Enterprise Tier: Full commercial license with additional protections and priority support

License Grant to Tashvi

By using the Service, you grant Tashvi a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Tashvi's Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is the exclusive property of Tashvi and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Term and Termination

These Terms commence on the date you first access the Service and continue until terminated by either party.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account and subscription at any time through your account settings. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Tashvi

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that continued access poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your account and User Content in accordance with our data retention policies.

7. Governing Law and Arbitration

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tashvi AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
