Gallery - Your Design Collection

Your personal Gallery is the central hub for managing, organizing, and accessing all your jewelry designs. Think of it as your digital design portfolio, where every creation is beautifully displayed and easily accessible.

Overview

The Gallery stores every design you’ve created, saved, or favorited in Tashvi. It’s your private collection—only you can see your designs unless you choose to share them publicly.

Accessing Your Gallery

Navigate to Gallery from your dashboard sidebar. You’ll see a clean, visual interface displaying all your saved designs.

What’s in Your Gallery?

Your Gallery automatically includes:

✅ All designs generated via Create (Prompt Design)
✅ Designs created through the Design Questionnaire
✅ Canvas Editor creations and variations
✅ Designs edited or refined from other sources
✅ Video generation thumbnails
✅ CAD conversion results

Each design is stored with:

Thumbnail image: Preview of the design
Generation date: When it was created
Design method: Questionnaire, Prompt, Canvas, etc.
Model used: Which AI model generated it
Prompt/settings: Original specifications
Metadata: Tags, notes, favorites

Sort your gallery by:

Date created (newest/oldest)
Date modified (recently edited)
Alphabetically (by title/tags)
Model used (group by AI model)
Favorites (starred items first)

By Creation Method:

Questionnaire designs
Prompt-based designs

By Status:

All designs

By Tags:

Custom tags you’ve added
Auto-generated tags (ring, necklace, etc.)
Material tags (gold, diamond, etc.)

Search Functionality

Powerful search lets you find designs by:

Keywords: Search prompts, titles, descriptions
Tags: Find all designs with specific tags
Date range: “Designs from last month”
Materials: “All platinum rings”
Styles: “Art Deco designs”

Creating Projects

Group related designs into projects:

Create a project:

Click “New Project” in Gallery
Name your project
Optionally add description
Drag designs into the project
Or select designs and “Add to Project”

Storage Capacity

Your gallery storage depends on your subscription tier:

Basic Plan:

100 designs maximum
Standard resolution images
30-day trash retention

Pro Plan:

Unlimited designs
High-resolution images
90-day trash retention
Priority storage allocation

Managing Storage

If approaching limits:

Delete unused designs permanently
Download and archive externally
Upgrade to Pro plan for unlimited storage

Build your portfolio

Demonstrate your style

Click “Make Public”
Optionally add description
Design appears in Explore

Tips for Managing Your Gallery

Organize as You Go

Don’t let it pile up:

Tag designs immediately after creating
Delete obvious rejects promptly
Move finalized designs to appropriate projects
Add notes while details are fresh

Use Descriptive Tags

Instead of “ring1”, use:

Regular Maintenance

Weekly or monthly:

Review and delete unused designs
Organize new designs into projects
Update tags as needed

Backup Important Designs

Troubleshooting

Design not appearing in Gallery

Check if generation completed successfully
Look in “All Designs” (might be filtered out)
Check trash folder
Refresh the page

Can’t find a specific design

Use search with keywords from prompt
Filter by creation date range
Check all projects
Look in “Recently Modified”

Gallery loading slowly

Large number of designs? Use filters
Clear browser cache
Check internet connection
Try list view instead of grid view

Deleted design by accident

Check trash folder (30-90 day retention)
Restore within retention period
Contact support if beyond retention (we might be able to help)
